處理WM_CREATE訊息時,會初始化捲動所需的變數。 使用 CreateCompatibleDC 函式來建立相容的裝置內容 (DC)、CreateBitmap 函式來建立位圖,以及 SelectObject 函式來選取 DC 的位陣圖。 請注意,相容的DC也稱為記憶體DC。

處理WM_SIZE訊息
