This article provides a list of the top frequently asked questions about Services Hub Programs.

What are Programs in the Services Hub?

Programs are a way to easily share and track information with your organization or your Microsoft representative about outcomes you're trying to achieve.

Who can see a Program?

Visibility to a Program is limited by default to the members of a plan. You can manage this in the Program basics.

Who can create a Program?

Programs can be created by you, other members of your organization, or Microsoft representatives.

Who can see a plan?

Visibility to a plan is limited by default to the members of a plan. You can manage this in the plan details.

Who can edit a Program?

Only users with edit access to a Program can make changes to it.

How do I share a Program?

By using the edit link in the top of the plan page, you can access the members list on the plan details page. When a user is added, they automatically receive an email notification.

How do I add a user to a Program if they don't appear in the list of users?
