Lost Certificates

I am unable to Find My Microsoft Fundamentals Certificates. Where can i search for them?

Fundamentals certifications (such as Azure Fundamentals or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals) are now managed through the Microsoft Learn profile, not the old Certification Dashboard.

Use these steps to find them:

1. Go to the Microsoft Learn credentials page: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab.
2. Sign in with the same account used to register and take the exams.
3. On the Credentials page, check the Certifications tab for Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or other Fundamentals certifications.
4. To view or share a certification, open its record and use the available options to view, print, or save as PDF. Direct certificate file downloads are no longer provided; instead, use the browser’s print-to-PDF option.

If a Fundamentals certification is missing even though the exam was passed:

1. Wait 24–48 hours after the exam for it to appear on the Credentials tab.
2. If it still does not appear, follow the guidance in the “Missing Exams or Certifications” article to:
   • Confirm that the correct Learn account is being used.
   • Verify that the passed exam actually grants a certification.
   • Try other Microsoft accounts that might have been used when registering for the exam.
3. If the certification is still missing after these checks, contact Microsoft Credentials Support from the Missing Certifications page.

For a full transcript of training and credential history (including Fundamentals certifications, exams, and modules):

1. Go to the Learn profile.
2. Select Transcript in the left column to view and share the complete history.
