I have 3 emails and I think I'm paying for Microsoft 365 on more than one of them. How do I find out for sure?

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. To check the subscription on your account/s, go to account.microsoft.com/services from a browser and login with your Microsoft account and from there you will be able to determine if that account has a subscription or not.

To check which of the three email addresses are paying for Microsoft 365, each address needs to be checked separately for an active subscription and billing history.

    1. For each of the three email addresses, go to your Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services
    2. When prompted, sign in with one of the email addresses and its password.
    3. On the Services & subscriptions page, look for any Microsoft 365 subscriptions listed (for example, Microsoft 365 Family or Microsoft 365 Personal). This page shows:
      • Whether there is an active subscription
      • Renewal/expiration date
      • Where it was purchased (Microsoft or a third-party retailer)
    4. Repeat steps 1–3 for each of the other two email addresses.
    5. If more than one account shows an active Microsoft 365 subscription and only one is needed, cancel the extra subscription(s). Canceling a subscription does not delete the Microsoft account itself; the email address remains usable.

If charges appear on different payment cards and it is unclear which account is using which card, review the order history and payment options for each account to identify duplicate payments.
