For most Microsoft certification exams, results and the associated certificate/badge appear in the Learn profile within 24–48 hours. If the exam included labs, scoring can take a bit longer, but it is still typically available within 24 hours after scoring completes.
Because AB100 was taken 2 days ago and the certificate and badge are still missing, follow these steps:
- Confirm the result is posted
- Sign in to the Learn profile and check the Certifications/Credentials area for the exam result and certification.
- If the credential is not listed, follow the guidance for missing certifications.
- Verify the correct Learn account
- Ensure sign-in is with the same account used to register and take the exam.
- If multiple Learn profiles or login accounts exist (work/school and personal), sign out and try each account that might have been used.
- Check for known causes of missing certifications
- Review the credential requirements to confirm that the passed exam actually issues the certificate expected.
- Be aware that some legacy or certain provider-based certifications may not appear in the Learn profile.
- If the certification is still missing
- Use Microsoft Credentials Support to open a support request so the credentials team can review the exam history and fix any account or profile linkage issues.
If the exam was delivered by Certiport (common for some academic/education tracks), manage and share those credentials through the Certiport account; they do not currently appear in the Learn profile.
