Each time I press the READ ALOUD button, it gives me this error message: "To choose what voice you hear while using Read Aloud, sign in with your Microsoft account."

But I am signed into my MS account and a have subscription. I have this problem on my ipad word and computer software office. I now have only 1 computer voice. No more choice of male or female. Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this?
