I continue to receive a receipt via email each month for a 9.95 for Microsoft 365. I can't find record of this sub on Google Play. I purchased an annual sub for Microsoft 365 a couple months ago for 99 dollars. Do I currently have two active subs with Microsoft? If so then I only need one. Let me know. Thanks

The subscriptions cannot be checked directly here, but there are clear steps to see whether there are two active Microsoft 365 subscriptions and where they are billed from.

    1. Check all Microsoft 365 subscriptions tied to the Microsoft account:
      1. Go to the Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services
      2. Sign in with the Microsoft account used for Microsoft 365.
      3. Review the list of subscriptions and look for:
        • A monthly Microsoft 365 subscription around $9.95.
        • The annual Microsoft 365 subscription for about $99.
      4. If both appear and both show as active with recurring billing, then there are two active subscriptions.
    2. If the $9.95 charge does not appear there, it is likely billed through a third party (for example Google Play, Apple, Amazon, Best Buy):
      • For subscriptions purchased from a third-party retailer, Microsoft cannot cancel or change billing.
      • In that case, manage or cancel that subscription directly with the retailer’s account/billing system.
    3. If two active subscriptions are found and only one is needed:
      • If the subscription was purchased directly from Microsoft, use the Manage option next to that subscription on the Services & subscriptions page to turn off recurring billing or cancel, following the instructions under “Cancel a Microsoft 365 subscription” from the linked support article.
      • If the subscription was purchased from a third-party retailer, contact that retailer’s support and request cancellation or changes to recurring billing.

If there are billing disputes, unrecognized charges, or refund questions (for example, if the $9.95 subscription was not intended), contact Microsoft support or the relevant third-party retailer’s support and provide the billing details so they can investigate and advise on refund eligibility.
