Formerly known as Azure AI Services or Azure Cognitive Services is a unified collection of prebuilt AI capabilities within the Microsoft Foundry platform
To resolve a missing exam result email or score report for AZ-305, use the dedicated Microsoft Credentials support channels, as community forums and general support cannot access individual certification records.
Follow these steps:
- Verify the exam and certification in the Learn profile
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account used to register for the exam.
- Open the profile menu (top-right) → Profile → Credentials → Certifications.
- Confirm whether the AZ-305 exam and any related certification (for example, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert if all requirements are met) appear.
- If the exam or certification is missing, also review guidance in Missing Exams or Certifications to ensure the correct account is being used and that the credential is expected for the passed exam.
- If the exam/certificate is missing or the score report/email is not available
- Submit a ticket to Microsoft Credentials Support so the support team can check the exam record, confirm the result, and help with the score report or email:
- Go to Credentials Support: https://aka.ms/credentialssupport
- Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the exam.
- The page should auto-select Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credentials (if not, select them).
- Fill in the support request form with:
- Exam: AZ-305 – Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions – English (ENU)
- Exam date and score
- Candidate ID and Registration ID
- The email address used for exam registration
- Description of the issue: passed exam, but no official results email and no accessible score report.
- Submit the ticket and wait for a response (typically up to 72 business hours, based on similar cases in the context).
- Submit a ticket to Microsoft Credentials Support so the support team can check the exam record, confirm the result, and help with the score report or email:
- If the exam appears under the wrong profile or account
- Use the guidance under Missing Exams or Certifications to:
- Confirm that sign-in is done with the correct Learn profile.
- Try other Microsoft accounts that might have been used when registering for the exam (personal vs. work/school).
- If still unresolved, include this information in the ticket to Microsoft Credentials Support so they can investigate account linkage.
- Use the guidance under Missing Exams or Certifications to:
- If the issue is specifically with exam delivery (not the email/score report visibility)
- For delivery-only issues, Pearson VUE support can confirm delivery status, but for missing results/score reports in Learn, Microsoft Credentials Support remains the correct escalation path.
These steps direct the request to the team that can confirm the AZ-305 result, resend the official email if applicable, and ensure the score report and certification appear correctly in the Microsoft Learn profile.
