To resolve a missing SC-100 certification after passing the exam:
- Verify the correct Learn profile is being used and that the exam requirements are met, as described in the missing certifications guidance.
- If the certification still does not appear, open a support request with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can check the exam result and fix the profile or mapping issue.
Use this dedicated support path:
- Go to https://aka.ms/credentialssupport
- Sign in with the same account used to register and take Exam SC-100
- Complete the contact details (first visit), save, then open the link again
- Ensure Product Family is set to “Learning” and Service to “Microsoft Credentials”
- Submit a ticket describing that Exam SC-100 was passed on 26-2-2026 but the certification is not shown in the Learn profile
