Regarding certification exams and certificate for AI-102 - Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate

I have recently completed exams related to the certification course for AI-102 - Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate. But I'm not able to get the certificate in my Profile. Not even the exam's given details are there.
Exams given on 14th March,2026.
Please assist me on this.
