Today i started getting ads on my Microsoft Solitaire premium. It's been working fine since I renewed it but now it is absolutely useless. Who do i contact to get the Premium version back?

John, I am having the same issue. Microsoft AI support tool blames me. they say it is my settings. I have not changed anything in my settings. Latter yesterday the ad's disappeared, today they are back and make it very difficult to play.

Microsoft support is terrible. They charge for a game that was free from 1990 to 2012, then in 2015 they rolled out the “Premium Edition” subscription. What is missing is any support for this product.

Microsoft “Premium Edition” subscription is the perfect example of corperate greed. Let's charge for a product that was free for decades and not offer any support.

    Hi John,

Surely the adverts should not appear. May I know where you are playing Solitaire - Windows, Apple device, or something else?

Please go to https://account.microsoft.com/services page. Kindly let me know if you see the Solitare subscription here.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

For issues with ads appearing after renewing a paid Microsoft subscription, the next step is to contact Microsoft Support so the billing and subscription status can be checked and the Premium entitlement restored.

    Use one of these options:

    1. Go to the Microsoft Support site and start a support request for subscriptions/billing. From there, choose chat or request a call back from an agent so they can review the Solitaire Premium subscription on the account and fix the entitlement.
    2. If the subscription was purchased through a third party (for example, an app store), contact that store’s billing support instead, as they manage the subscription and charges.

If the subscription is tied to the same Microsoft account used in Outlook.com or Microsoft 365, the general guidance for subscription and billing issues also applies: verify renewal status on the account’s services/billing page, and if the status is correct but the product is not behaving as Premium (still showing ads), contact Microsoft Support to correct it.
