Are you seeing ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK in the URL when you try and schedule the exam?

ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK is typically because your account has been blocked by Pearson Vue which normally happens because of multiple failed payments. You need to contact Pearson Vue support using the link on https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport to get the block lifted.

The error message indicates a problem with the exam registration or payment flow rather than with Azure Advisor.

Use the dedicated Microsoft certification support channels to get this resolved:

    1. Go to the Microsoft Credentials support page and submit a support request describing the error and at which step it occurs. This is the primary channel for exam registration issues.
    2. If the error appears specifically on the Pearson VUE pages (for example at payment or scheduling), use the Pearson VUE support link provided on the certification support page to contact them directly. In some cases, accounts can be blocked on Pearson VUE (for example, due to multiple failed payments), which must be cleared by Pearson VUE support.
    3. If the issue is related to a specific offer or discount (such as a training day voucher or event offer), check the corresponding FAQ/offer page and, if still blocked, contact Microsoft Certification Support as directed there.

Do not share personal data such as phone numbers in public forums; provide those details only within the secure support ticket if requested.
