Hi Team,

I passed AZ-900 exam on April 25 with score 842. My certification is not showing in my Microsoft learn profile under Certifications tab. I am logged in with correct account. Please help me on my Certificate.

It can take 24-48 hours for results to appear on your Microsoft Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab especially over the weekend. What you need to check and then do if you cannot find your certification is covered by this page https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/missing-certifications

The AZ-900 certification should appear automatically in the Certifications tab of the Microsoft Learn profile once the exam result is processed and associated with the correct account. If it is not showing, use these steps:

    1. Confirm the credential was actually earned
      • Review the AZ-900 exam details and requirements to ensure the certification is awarded for that exam: see the exam’s details via the Azure Fundamentals certification page linked from the AZ-900 study guide.
    2. Verify the correct Learn profile and account
      • Make sure the sign-in account is the same one used to schedule and take the exam.
      • If there might be multiple Learn profiles (for example, one with a personal Microsoft account and another with a work or school account), try signing into each and checking the Certifications tab.
      • Use the guidance in the “Missing Exams or Certifications” article to confirm the correct login account and profile:
        • Check that the expected certification is actually listed for that profile.
        • If a congratulations email was received, ensure the profile opened from that email matches the profile currently in use.
    3. Check for known limitations
      • If the exam was taken through Certiport, note that exams and certifications earned through Certiport are not currently reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile and must be managed separately through the Certiport account.
      • Some legacy certifications no longer appear in Learn profiles, but AZ-900 is a current certification and should appear when correctly associated.
    4. Contact Microsoft Credentials Support
      • If the certification still does not appear after confirming the correct profile and account, submit a support request so the credentials team can investigate the account and exam linkage:
        • Use Microsoft Credentials Support as directed in the “Missing Exams or Certifications” article.
        • Alternatively, follow the steps described in the Q&A guidance (for missing or delayed certificates) to open a ticket via the credentials support portal so the issue can be resolved.

These steps align with the official guidance for missing exams or certifications and for cases where a certificate has not appeared or cannot be downloaded after a passed exam.
