    Hi, good day!

    • Are you using built-in or external speakers?
    • Have you watched Netflix in a web browser?
    • Have you tried the AI suggested solutions?
    • When was the last time it worked properly?

Please try to right click the Speaker icon on the taskbar then select Open volume mixer

Find the browser in the list then make sure the volume slider is set to 100

I look forward to your update and am happy to continue working with you until the issue is resolved. If you find the answer helpful, please click "Accept Answer" and consider upvoting it. Otherwise, please keep me posted by clicking "Add comment" below instead of selecting Yes or No.

Try these Windows 11 sound checks, focusing on the output device Netflix is using:

    1. Confirm the correct output device in Windows
      1. Select the Speakers icon on the taskbar.
      2. Select the arrow to the right of the volume slider (Select a sound output).
      3. Make sure the device actually being used (speakers/headset/monitor) is selected and turned up.
    2. Reset app sound settings (if only Netflix is affected)
If other apps have sound but Netflix does not, reset per‑app sound:
      1. Open SettingsSystemSound.
      2. Open Volume mixer.
      3. Under Apps, use Reset (Reset sound devices and volumes for all apps to the recommended defaults).
      4. Close and reopen Netflix (browser or app) and test again.
    3. Run the Windows audio troubleshooter
Use the Get Help audio troubleshooter to automatically detect and fix common sound issues:
    4. Check for Windows updates and restart
A recent update or pending restart can affect audio:
      1. Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates.
      2. Install any available updates and restart.
      3. If Update and restart is offered under Start > Power, choose it to apply audio‑related updates.

If there is still no sound in any app (not just Netflix), continue with the full Windows audio troubleshooting steps in the referenced article, including checking enhancements and updating/reinstalling audio drivers.
