Hi, I'm Bernard. I'm happy to help!

Method 1. Repair Windows Store and app:

Open Terminal (Admin) or Windows PowerShell(Admin) (Press Windows key + X then click Terminal(Admin))

Copy, paste, and enter the command below:

    Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Then hit Enter. Once the process is done, restart the PC and check.

Method 2. Check for Windows updates:

Go to Settings > Windows Update> Click Check for Updates and follow the prompt to update your PC.

Note: This is a public forum. I may respond shortly, but I apologize in advance for any delays. I am simply a fellow user trying to provide helpful insights and information.

Follow these steps in order to fix Forza Motorsport 6 not downloading from Microsoft Store on Windows 10:

    1. Reset the Microsoft Store cache
      1. Press Windows key + R.
      2. Type wsreset.exe and select OK.
      3. A blank Command Prompt opens; after about 10 seconds it closes and Microsoft Store opens automatically.
      4. Try downloading Forza 6 again.
    2. Reset the Microsoft Store app
      1. Open Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
      2. Find Microsoft Store, select the three dots > Advanced options.
      3. Select Reset.
      4. Restart the PC and try the download again.
    3. Check common Store blockers Verify the following if it still says “Retry” or “Something went wrong”:
      • The game is available in the current country/region set in Windows.
      • Microsoft family settings are not blocking the game (if using a child account).
      • The game is still available in Microsoft Store and not removed.
      • The PC meets the game’s requirements and it is compatible with the device; Store will block incompatible apps.
      • The PC has been restarted after recent Windows Updates.
      • The PC is authorized and signed in with the same Microsoft account used to buy the game. See Add a device to your Microsoft account.
    4. If downloads are stuck at 0% or very slow
      • Remove bandwidth limits for Store downloads:
        1. Go to Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options > Delivery Optimization.
        2. Under Download options, choose Percentage of measured bandwidth.
        3. Uncheck or set to 100% any background and foreground limits.
        4. Restart the PC and try again.

If, after these steps, Forza 6 still will not download but other Store apps work, use the game’s or Xbox/Forza support channels with the exact error text and the steps already tried.
