I have cleared GH 300 exam but not able to view the certifications

For GH‑300 and other Microsoft certification exams, results and credentials do not always appear immediately in the profile.

1. Allow up to 24–48 hours after the exam
   • For most exams, results and associated certifications can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Certifications area of the Learn profile.
   • Moderator guidance for GH‑300 specifically notes that it can take 24–48 hours for results and the certification to show.
2. Verify the correct Learn profile and sign-in account
   • Make sure the sign-in being used on Microsoft Learn is the same account that was used when registering for and taking GH‑300.
   • If multiple Microsoft accounts (personal, work, or school) exist, sign out and try each one on Microsoft Learn to see which profile shows the exam/certification.
   • The congratulations email for a passed exam is sent to the Contact Email in the Learn profile; if that email links to a profile that does not show the certification, it may have been earned under a different profile.
3. Check whether the credential is actually issued
   • Confirm via the Learn profile’s Certifications/credentials area that GH‑300 appears as a passed exam and that a corresponding certification exists. Not every exam automatically issues a separate certification, but GH‑300 is associated with a GitHub Copilot certification as described in its study guide.
4. If the certification is still missing
   • Use the official missing-certifications guidance: review the credential requirements, confirm the correct login account, and then, if still not visible, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
   • AI Skills Navigator and other tools read from the Learn profile; if the certification is missing there, it will also be missing from those tools and from badge providers like Credly.
5. About Credly
   • Badges are managed at the issuing platform. If the certification is not yet visible or is incorrect, it must first be corrected in the Microsoft credentials system (via Learn and Credentials Support). Once the badge is correctly issued at the source, it will sync to downstream locations.

Given the exam date of 6 May 2026, if more than 48 hours have already passed and the certification still does not appear in the Learn profile or as a badge, follow the missing-certifications steps and then open a case with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can align the exam record with the correct profile and issue the credential.
