hi, unfortunately I can't solve my problem. my Microsoft authenticator app does not send me the confirmation code and as a result I cannot access my account on Teams

Sign in to your account but select the Sign in another way link on the Two-factor verification page (assumes one was setup) then try setting up the two factor again.

Below is the list of troubleshooting steps which should help you or your admin resolve the issues with the MFA Application and failed logins:

From AAD Admin side :

• Check if account is not in the block list; force user to Re-register MFA and revoke existing MFA sessions.

From your, end user side :

• Common problems with two-step verification for a work or school account.
• Troubleshoot Azure Multi-Factor Authentication issues.
• Manually add an account to the Microsoft Authenticator app.
