Yup, I'm the Organization Owner and I'm duplicated twice in the Users List with different access levels, one Basic and one VS. The Dev Team has been trying to get this fixed for almost a month, something about my user having the same VS Id for both records but to no good avail. This morning my VS account appeared to had been deleted and I was unable to sign in. Then later I was able to sign in but I couldn't see any of my team's projects or do anything needing Owner permission (which it still shows that I have). I really want to resolve this without locking me out again.
