Hi all,
it's my first time here and I'm in huge need of help. Starting from this summer my desktop got various type of bsod that involve one driver: ntoskrnl.exe. I tried to get some solution on the web but there are a lot of different problems related to the same driver, I tried some solution that didn't help, so I'm looking for help from someone more experienced than me.
Here a link to a log I did with V2 like I red on some other threads. Hope it works.

https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ah6ejrCrNAyunRWJ1uwSnE4StZPd?e=Ea4LMR

Thank you all for your help.

Gianmarco

The last BSOD was on 12/09/2022.

    Looks good.

    That will complete the troubleshooting.

    Please mark the thread solved.

Double check to make sure that WDV has been turned off.

    Make a new restore point.

Monitor the computer for the next week using Reliability Monitor:

the last BSOD was in HIDCLASS.SYS
does it also crash when you uninstall the old Logitech Software and its drivers?

On another computer I was able to view the V2 log collector files.
    It's unclear what happened earlier.

List all of the devices that were recently attached to the computer (docking station, USB ports, etc.)

Please make a new restore point.

Restart WDV using the following customized tests:

    [ ] 0x00000001 Special pool.
    [ ] 0x00000002 Force IRQL checking.
    [ ] 0x00000008 Pool tracking.

    For WDV:

If there is no immediate BSOD then open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    verifier /querysettings

Post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

For any BSOD post a new V2 share link into the newest post.

If there were no performance problems then restart WDV with all customized test settings except:

    [ ] 0x00000004 Randomized low resources simulation.

If there is no immediate BSOD then open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    verifier /querysettings

Please check to see that all of the displayed results (drivers, tests, etc.) are saved and posted with a share link into this thread.

For any BSOD post a new V2 share link.

Plan to run WDV for 48 hours continuously with the above customized tests.

If there are no more BSOD then that will conclude the troubleshooting.
