Each time I try to change the 'Username' from a generated number to an actual name it keeps changing back to the previous (or entirely different) generated number user name.
I managed to change it to a number of my choice and this worked.
Regarding 'Display name' each time I change it to an actual name, after a short while it changes back to the generated number of the 'Username' resulting in my display name always being a number.
Is there any fix for that?
Thanks in advance,
Anton Vasserman

I know it was always a little buggy. Space in the display name should be fine. Try changing only one at a time.
If it’s any help to anyone struggling with this, my Learn account username and display name have both settled down and are staying set to whatever I enter, and not reverting back to an 8-digit number after a few hours.
The issue for me seemed to start after I’d requested a change to the legal name on my certification profile, persisted for a couple of weeks after that, and now seems to have corrected itself.
