I've noticed those who have this problem in our organization are double-clicking on the filename directly, where the filname is like an hyperlink. If you double-click on the same row in the right side on the screen in Teams the file open correctly, no blue screen.
Partial blue or gray screen in Teams?
One user started getting either a gray or blue partial screen in MS Teams which I haven’t seen happen to anyone before.
I tried clearing the “%appdata%\roaming\microsoft\teams” folder to delete the cache but that didn’t work. Then, I did a full uninstall and re-install after deleting all Teams folders in %appdata% both roaming and local. Did not work either. Disabled hardware acceleration and still no luck.
Her Teams version is the newest version (1.6.00.4472) and she’s on Win 10 22h2.
Anyone else see this before?

The temporary fix we found is switch the theme from light mode to dark mode, and it is resolved, and if the user prefers light mode, they need to toggle it here and there. I am unsure if there has been a fix yet, anyone got that info? I'm going to research it on my end.

If you login with another account on this device, would the issue persist?
Would other software have the same issue?
