The Microsoft Cloud Partner Program(MCPP) provides you with different options to differentiate your business, go to market, and sell your solutions.
For you to enter and become a Network Member and enjoy free benefits, have no cost. But if you want to increase your company potential and get some benefits as Technical benefits and a wide range of IUR Licenses benefits, you will want to know about the subscription offers and programs that a Microsoft Partner can join.
1. Become a Partner
You will first need to become Network Member, if you already are, procede to section 2 of this answer.
Through the https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/partnership, go to Become a Partner then select the Partner option and another one if you deem it convenient.
After that, you will need to fill some details about your Company. Later, the info you filled will be verified by OneVet team.
You can see the progress of verification as update any information if requested in Partner Center(partner.microsoft.com/dashboard) at Account Settings> Legal Info
When all the company details become verified and your account status turn to active, you might consider the membership offers and programs.
At this point, you can count on the support of the MCPP team, open support requests if you need more help from Frontline Advocates.

2. Membership Offers
You can see them in the Membership Workspace of Partner Center. Today a partner can join the following programs:
Partner Center offers these memberships and programs:
- Cloud Partner program: The Microsoft Cloud Partner Program provides you with different options to differentiate your business, go to market, and sell your solutions. To learn more, see Cloud Partner Program membership.

- Solutions partners: This program helps you demonstrate your proven expertise in delivering quality solutions in a specialized area of business. 3. The Legacy Competencies
Silver and Gold competencies ended at September 30, 2022, that was the last day for partners to renew competencies. Since October 2022, competencies is no longer valid, meaning that badges will go away, and competencies will not be promoted by Microsoft.
In short, we can say that the Solutions Partner Designations are the new competencies, which provide badges and benefits almost as before.
