How to Delay Delivery for All Messages in New Outlook (Outlook Version 1.2023.607.100)?

Before switching to New Outlook (Outlook Version 1.2023.607.100) I had delayed the sending of all messages by one minute. On New Outlook I can't find that option anymore. I tried to create a rule but "defer delivery by a number of minutes" isn't an option in the dropdown list of actions anymore. Same with creating a quick step.

Under Settings>>Mail>>Compose and Reply it allows you to "undo send" for up to 10 seconds and says "Messages can be canceled for up to 10 seconds. You can choose how long Outlook will wait to send your messages" - but I can't find where to do that.

    Hi @LBL ,

    Welcome to our forum!

In the New Outlook for Windows, you can delay the delivery of individual messages. Just select the dropdown next to the Send button and select Schedule send.

However, schedule sending for all emails is currently not supported in the New Outlook for Windows. As a workaround, you can switch back to the classic Outlook at any time by clicking the toggle button in the top right corner of the window.

I submitted your feedback on the dedicated portal via the link below: https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/idea/47b80343-320f-ee11-a81c-000d3a7a48db

Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.

I would like to echo prior comments- Loosing the option to delay send all emails is a poor choice. I am switching back to old Outlook!

Just tried New Outlook again hoping that delay send would now be either a rule option or configurable duration beyond 10 seconds, but alas it has not changed in months. I have used a minute delay for years as I know a lot of others do too and it's saved me hundreds of times over the years, 10 seconds is not enough time in many cases. The slider is there, just allow it to be increased up to 120seconds...please!

This is infuriating... why mess with a good thing? Why limit the choice to 10 seconds? Where is the strategy in making things HARDER for people?
