what is a phone number to talk to a person at Microsoft?

Question

We have an email situation that repeatedly keeps asking to enter a new password and it does not work,

we think the only way to solve it is to talk to a live person at Microsoft.

Are you using exchange on-premise or exchange online?

If an account access problem then also try resetting via the account recovery form

Use the Get Help app here to chat online with someone by clicking link

then "Windows", then underneath "home support" click on Get support in the Get Help Windows app
