Cannot add attachments to Approvals in Teams.

Can send approval request with no attachments but when one is added it fails. "Something went wrong, try again later". I reported it to Microsoft in the admin portal but the reply was no issue found. I have 2 office365 domains and both are acting the same inside and outside their networks. Incognito mode doesn't work, browser or desktop app both fail. Sending approval inside a chat also fails. Reinstalled Teams.

Issue started Monday morning. Has something changed on the license side perhaps?

    @Darcy Bear

    Based on your description, here are some possible solutions:

    1. Try adding attachments in another way. 333
    2. Check and update Microsoft Teams.

    Hi Ran Hou,
    We are facing same issue and it seems like global incident.

    Is this will be posted on OneDrive health advisory section ?

    Do you have any ETA for resolution.

    Thank you.

    Not sure what else to try. Any chance this can be escalated? Should I report it on the admin portal again until someone takes a look?

    Thanks,

    Darcy

    Hi everyone! Same here, as of today 09/19/23 that issue hasn't been fixed. I've reported on the admin panel but not answer yet. So far there has been no announcement on OneDrive health advisory section. Some advice?

    Thanks.
