Visual Studio Subscription shows that's disabled and I do not have admin privileges in my own subscription. I am also not able to renew the subscription even though I have the 50$ monthly credit .

I cannot see any billing data and my admin privileges have been revoked and I do not know who's the admin on my own subscription.

I used the link to contact my admin (How to contact your admin) but nobody in our administration received any email (I received a confirmation of my request)

How can we know what email (user) is the assigned administrator?

Based on the provided context, if your Visual Studio subscription is disabled, you can re-enable it as a pay-as-you-go subscription by following the steps provided in the email notification. However, if you want to continue using Azure with a monthly credit, you will need to renew your subscription, purchase a new subscription, and/or transfer your Azure resources to a different Azure subscription that includes the Azure dev/test individual credit. If you are unable to renew your subscription, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance. As for the issue with your admin privileges, you may need to contact your subscription admin or Microsoft support for help with regaining access.
