    @Tarun Sharma

    Thank you for your post and I apologize for the delayed response!

    To hopefully help point you in the right direction or resolve your issue, adding onto what was shared by James:

    When it comes to sharing your Azure dashboard(s) by using Azure role-based access control (RBAC), please keep in mind that within a dashboard, individual tiles enforce their own access control requirements based on the resources they display. You can share any dashboard broadly, even if some data on specific tiles might not be visible to all users.

    • Note: From an access control perspective, dashboards are no different from other resources, such as MS Entra ID, virtual machines, or storage accounts.

    If the user needs to see data for a specific tile, be sure that they have the appropriate permissions for the underlying resources accessed by that tile. For more info - Assign access to a dashboard.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi @Tarun Sharma , you can assign the User administrator role to your guest account. This role allows the user to manage user accounts and perform user-related tasks, but does not grant access to other administrative functions like managing subscriptions or billing.

    To assign the User administrator role to your guest account, follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal as a global administrator or a user administrator.
    2. Go to Azure Active Directory > Users > All users.
    3. Select the guest user account that you want to assign the User administrator role to.
    4. In the user's profile page, select "Directory role" from the left-hand menu.
    5. Click on "Add role" and select "User administrator" from the list of available roles.
    6. Click "Save" to assign the role to the user.

    After assigning the User administrator role, the guest user will be able to manage user accounts and perform user-related tasks in your Azure dashboard. If you need to grant additional permissions to the user, you can assign other roles as needed.

    Please let me know if you have any questions and I can help you further.
