Was having the same issue. When I was following the instructions of a previous poster, I noticed that the MD URLs were missing. I clicked the link to 'Restore default MDM Urls' and 'Restore default WIP URLs', remembered I was there to set WIP to 'None' then clicked save. Went to the newly built system I was trying to register and it worked.

Currently running onsite AD hybrid. So our machines are joined to a local AD server first.

We are having the same issue when trying to register devices in Entra. This seems related to the portal and not machine/user specific. We are trying with freshly built laptops and test VMs built specifically to troubleshoot this, across multiple user accounts, and all with the same issue:User's image

In device audit we can see the devices immediately being deleted and unregistered after a successful registration: User's image

I've had a ticket logged since Thursday with no solution as of now.

I'm doing End User Support, and have encountered this issue as well when trying to add the "Work/School account" under "Emails and Account" in Account Settings. The environments of these Windows laptops are all at 21H2 19044 Windows 10 Enterprise. Even when the work profile was there, the Outlook and/or Teams are not working. However, when tested on a laptop with OS: LTSC Windows 10 Enterprise, the profile was able to be added and the apps are able to work. Dear Microsoft, please try to fix this asap so that many users who are affected can resume with whatever they were working on.
