PAYG subscription not propagated to ACS - Unable to purchase phone number
Hi!
I'm a student doing my thesis, and as part of it I would need a phone number purchased via ACS.
I currently am using a PAYG subscription. However, when I attempt to make a purchase I get an error message stating that my "free" subscription is not eligible for purchasing a phone number. This is clearly wrong, since I have other students with the exact same subscription that are able to purchase numbers without any issue whatsoever.
I've been in contact with Azure support several times over weeks to try to get help with solving this issue, but they have been been unable to help me and recommended that I make a forum post. I'm quite frustrated with the low quality of support for such an issue where there is clearly a propagation bug of some sort which I dont expect to be solved via forums, but whatever. Anyone has a solution to this?
