The subscription '{subscriptionid}' is not allowed to create or update the serverfarm

Question

I try to create a Web application + database and I have a badGateway error The subscription '{subscriptionid}' is not allowed to create or update the serverfarm.

I tried to delete every thing, recreate it, din not worked.

I waited 24 hours and tried agaoon, same thing.

I tried to create it in antoher region, same thing

I create a new subscription same thing

I have a free subscription so I don't have any support.

I did everything mentionned in this post https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1657059/the-subscription-is-not-allowed-to-create-or-updat

What can I do else?

Apparently, this is an ongoing issue. As per https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1536313/unable-to-create-azure-app-service-plan-in-free-tr, you might want to try using the East US region.

Retry to provision the App Service after a few hours

If your requirement fits, try deploying in a different region. If you continue to receive this error, please raise a a support ticket for a closer investigation.
