We have trouble getting a phone number.

Here is the message from Azure portal:

Your current subscription is not eligible for Public Switched Telephony Network (PSTN) and SMS products. Get button is grayed out.

Can you please help to resolve please?

My aggrement is Enterprise Agreement

I understand that you are trying to purchase the phone number in ACS, if you are using Free-Trail Subscription then,

Purchasing the phone number using the free trial subscription or free credits is not supported, in-order to purchase phone number, you need to have Pay-as-you-go subscription which is clearly called out in this documentation.

As you are looking to acquire a phone number and you are using free trial subscription you can use the trail free phone number which is being provided by Azure communication service but in order to get this number your billing account has to be in USA.

For other geographies, please visit the Subscription eligibility documentation to determine where you can purchase a phone number.

If your Subscription is not Free-trial and you are facing the issue while purchasing the phone numbers, Could you please help us with below information to check and assist you further.

What is your subscription offer?

Which region you are trying to purchase the phone number and also are you trying to purchase toll-free number or alpha numeric etc.,?

Are you trying to purchase the phone number from portal or from any other method ?

What is the error message that you are getting when you try to create the phone number.

Hi @VenkateshDodda-MSFT I'm using Pay-as-you-go subscription and and I do not want to use trial/free phone number.

Can you help me check backend log about my subcription to find root cause
