How to make new tab in Azure notebooks on Minecraft Education Edition?

Is there a way to create a new notebook tab in Azure notebook on Minecraft Education Edition?

As far as I can tell, there does not appear to be a ribbon menu as generated by Q&A Assist.

For that matter, where can I find information on the shortcut keys available within the notebook?

It seems that some shortcuts can be used, including Alt + R and DD, but the resource guide does not seem to have that information.

Also, is there a way for teachers to save the notebooks they create and distribute them to their students?
