I would like to confirm that Implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) to third-party applications using SAML with Microsoft Entra ID does not specifically require a P1 license. The SSO feature is available with the Microsoft Entra ID Free tier for pre-integrated applications.
However, additional features and capabilities, such as advanced security and identity management, might require higher-tier licenses like P1 or P2.
