Many users has reported this and all you can do is to stay build 22538 and wait until MS fix this or roll back to previous build and pause updates until next build is released.

    Hi.

Unfortunately, since my real PC is not compliant with Windows 11, I cannot join in the Insider Program and I cannot install insider builds on my real PC.

Therefore, I am not able to answer your question for my real PC.

But a virtual machine ( PC ) requires a real Windows license to activate, it should be considered as a real PC. Therefore, Task Manager opens to Performance tab without any issue.

    Hope this helps.
