Many users has reported this and all you can do is to stay build 22538 and wait until MS fix this or roll back to previous build and pause updates until next build is released.

With the latest Windows 11 Build 22538 in the Dev channel, The performance tab in task manager is alone not loading up Whenever I tap on it, The whole task manager application closes. Please suggest me any way to fix it!

2022-03-15T01:57:28+00:00 Mine did not open up either until I did a "control – Shift– escape" sequence to open up the task manager, then it magically started working
