Many users has reported this and all you can do is to stay build 22538 and wait until MS fix this or roll back to previous build and pause updates until next build is released.

With the latest Windows 11 Build 22538 in the Dev channel, The performance tab in task manager is alone not loading up Whenever I tap on it, The whole task manager application closes. Please suggest me any way to fix it!

Oh great!
So I'm going to just wait till the next build,
Heard there are doing some changes in the appearance of the task manager & let it support dark theme.
But to be frank, It looks really sick!
