How can I resolve this error? ERROR: STATUS_BREAKPOINT

I have changed the .exe file name -- that does not work.

I have updated MSEDGE--- that does not work.

I have cleared browser history ---- that does not work. 

Restarted ---- that does not work.

Had similar problems with Chrome with the AW-SNAP error and changed to Edge about a year ago. I would really like this resolved.   

Please help.

What can I do? Where can I go from here?

    I see the message when I try to open most any web page. There is a quick flash of the page and then I get this message-

    Later does not help. It has been doing it for 2 days on more than one computer, so I am fairly sure it is not my computer.

    Are you running any third-party security, anti-virus, anti-spyware or optimization software? If you are, uninstall it completely and see whether the problem persists. Your computer will still be protected so long as you ensure that Windows Security is running properly after uninstalling the third-party stuff.

    Turned off all security (have had on the computer more than 3 years). Tried a website and still crashes. Same message.
