How can I resolve this error? ERROR: STATUS_BREAKPOINT

I have changed the .exe file name -- that does not work.

I have updated MSEDGE--- that does not work.

I have cleared browser history ---- that does not work.

Restarted ---- that does not work.

Had similar problems with Chrome with the AW-SNAP error and changed to Edge about a year ago. I would really like this resolved.

Please help.

What can I do? Where can I go from here?

Thank you for sharing the screenshot, open Microsoft Edge and click on the top right corner and click on ...->Settings and then click on Reset settings and try do reset.

Note doing so would cause losing some data but might resolve the issue.

Done. Restarted and tried a website to see if it worked. No luck.

There was a Windows update that I needed. It took almost 8 hours to complete. I am still questioning if it helped. Went through the windows help desk for this solution.

Microsoft has done nothing to help. I now use Firefox. It more secure than Microsoft and actually works.
