503 error code

I have used Edge to upload images to a site

without a problem for 5 months   suddenly it will not load

the image hangs with the spinning pin wheel going nowhere or the 503 error code appears

They  have suggested it is the browser but I have not had this problem in 2000 image loadings

I have restarted edge and Bing cleared caches logged out of the site   reset my  password logged back in no change

yet everything else on their site works correctly

.How can Edge be at fault

503 indicates a website server problem and I am not a Website

Any help out there please

They  have not been forth coming as yet

    Hello, I am Claudeir, a user and independent expert, it is very important to me that all your questions are answered and that you have a positive experience.

    -Please test upload any other site, you will probably see that there will be no problems, this is because you are right, this type of error refers to a problem on the server, probably no user is able to upload images to this specific site. So, let's just reset the Edge and check for updates to make sure everything is ok with the browser.

    Click the three points in the upper right corner of the Edge, settings, Reset settings. Then, right below, click on About Microsoft Edge, if there are updates they will be installed automatically.

    Anyway, try uploading it from another browser to see the result.

    Hi Cloudier thanks for your suggestion

    I reset Edge as you said but still the same Error code comes up

      I told them it cannot be my browser as I have uploaded thousands without problem using Edge from the beginning

    They haven't suspended my account and everything else on the site works perfectly i.e. messages in and out notifications looking at my work etc. 

    I even reset my password Logged out and logged back in again.

     I have not had a solution from them in 3 days of toing and froing 

    The last images I loaded using my one and only browser are there for all to see

    my Windows is fully up to date

    my virus scans show my computer is in good shape so I am baffled

    the site is Pinterest but communications with them is so protracted

    Gmail is not my main email so I do not see if they have responded till i open the Gmail page it is so frustrating if it was the email your reply came to I could keep on top of it instantly but they wont use that email.

    They can I believe inadvertently block you if they suspect suspicious activity say logging in too many times in a day but that is automatically removed in 24 hours this is three days of this now and I didn't log in

    I have always been permanently logged in.

    Today I logged out  reset my password  and logged back in  hoping that would clear any inadvertent actions by them but it has not

    So I am completely baffled and angry quite frankly surely if the 503 code notification is shown it has to be their end at fault

    Okay, let's do two tests, first, test using another browser and see if the problem persists.

    Then, change the DNS and let's see if the result remains the same:

    Windows + i, network and internet, change adapter options, right click on Ethernet, properties, Ip Version 4 protocol, in primary DNS: 8.8.8.8 secondary: 8.8.4.4

    If not, try using another computer, to see if it is really the site that is having problems.

    I tried in Firefox   exactly the same

    I have repaired edge   exactly the same 

    everything on the site works as it should but not loading my images 

    I have sent 18 emails and not hat a reply in 26 hrs.' 

       it must be their auto block to prevent Spam criteria though I have nothing to do with that

    I am in the process of doing another new email it cannot be my browser.

    I downloaded Mozilla and tried and it just does the same see attached images 1st image Edge spinning wheel continuous error 2nd image Edge 503 error in red

    I understand, in this case you really need to contact the website support for them to fix it, I await news.
