Hi,

I have been trying to use Edge Workspaces since it's open for personal usage customers, however, it is still not available for me to use and I keep getting errors like this:

I've tried removing and adding my account and the issue still occurs, and I have two laptops with the same account and the issue is still the same.

I'm really looking forward to using this feature so please someone help me out here.

Thanks in advance.

    Here is my situation:

    • Edge switched to a new account, but OneDrive is still on the old account.
    • OneDrive switched to the new account and completed synchronization.
    • Deleted Apps\Microsoft Edge\Edge Workspaces.

    Problem solved.

    Hi StarLu,

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

Here is a fix that can work.

Please download and run Edge Canary version, and sign in:

    https://aka.ms/EdgeInsider

When it is done, open your workspaces and see if it works in the Canary version.

If it does, open Edge Retail again and the workspaces should work there as well.

    Good luck!

    Hi Sumit,

    Thank you for your reply.

I did as you said and it still has the same error.

It will load up the create a new workspace window with a little running loading circle at the top left, and then it goes to the error page.

    I see, thank you.

Seems that something is wrong with your account.

Can you file feedback under ALT+SHIFT+I buttons to let Microsoft investigate?
