My error states "Failed to initialize fluid manager" and after half a year of fighting to solve this problem, culminating in an excruciating 1h+ of remote access assistance from support who later marked my issue as "resolved" without any further communication about it, I guess the only thing left for me to do is reconsider my subscriptions with Microsoft seeing as neither their services nor their support are reliable.
I was reassured by the support agent that I'd be contacted about the problem and that the issue would be resolved, regardless, my issue was marked as "resolved" only a couple of days after the remote session and I never received any emails or anything regarding this whatsoever.
For anyone wondering, this is an account issue, even the support agent said as much. However I wish you luck with finding a way to get anyone to fix it for you.
