Hi Zavli,

The error code 19 for a device might occur if Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged.

What is the Make and Model of the laptop?

I would suggest you to run the hardware and device troubleshooter and check if it fixes the issue:

Method 1:

Refer to the link to know how to run the troubleshooter:

Refer to the section “Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/what-device-isnt-installed-properly

Check if it fixes the issue. If not, proceed to the next method.

Method 2:

Download and install the latest webcam driver for the laptop for Windows 8.1 from the manufacturer's website.

For reference:

You can follow the steps mentioned under section "Code 19" to try and further troubleshoot the issue:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310123/en-us

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows-8/all-drivers

Please keep posted.

Creating a system restore point is just a general precaution prior to editing the registry and creating a system restore point will not affect any installed app/programs.

Apps/programs may be affected if you were to revert to a restore point sometime in the future.

And, yes, just delete the words "Ai Charger" in the box and then click OK and restart the computer.

The "Ai Charger" entry is from ASUS USB charging software and is not necessary unless you actually want to use the ASUS USB charging software.

Whether  to remove AiCharger  from the lowerfilters simply by deleting the words "Ai Charger" on the box?

And is there any effect from create a system restore point beforehand for my installed apps/programs and my datas?

The problem could be the LowerFilters AiCharger.

The UpperFilters ksthunk is normal and is the default.

    Try removing the AiCharger entry.

To remove the AiCharger entry double-click LowerFilters and, under Value data, remove AiCharger > OK

Create a system restore point beforehand and restart the computer after.
