Errors with Windows Update. Please help

Question

Hello everyone! I am getting errors with Windows updates for more than 2 weeks now. The two main errors are with the Windows 10 upgrade and Security update for SQL Server 2014. Some tiny updates do get installed in quick time, though. I use 360 total security as the anti-virus, I also have malware-bytes installed. Chrome is my current default browser. I have also installed CCleaner on my system. Please help asap. System Config: Windows 7 home basic (64 bit), service pack 1.

just guide me on how to uninstall it all. now i'm unable to even uninstall it by going to control panel/programs. not even VS Express 2013 for Web. help me uninstall these two. thanks

As you can read (“The patch installer has failed to update the shared features. To determine the reason for failure, review the log files”) I would have to examine more logs.

Could you please open with Notepad the “sql_engine_core_inst_Cpu64_1.log” log file on the same path and search inside for the string “Error code”?  Please provide me all the lines related with the error you find.

If you don’t fine the string on the above log, please provide me the Detail.txt log file.

About the SQL Server update, please share with us the content of the Summary.txt log file created by the SQL Server update. You should be able to find the file on the path:
