Here too same issue out of the blue. Win10 claims there is no bluetooth all of sudden.
Bluetooth missing
Hi I have a HP Spectre laptop and I have had bluetooth on my laptop. Today my microsoft bluetooth mouse stopped working as well as my other bluetooth devices. I have checked and this is the message I get. Now I have had bluetooth on this laptop since I purchased it and have not done anything to the laptop.
"Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)
"To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer."
and this:
Device USB\VID_8087&PID_0A2B\5&3a83d6be&0&7 requires further installation."
How can I fix this!!!

2018-02-22T17:26:32+00:00 This solution is only temporary :( When Windows gets information that you have reinstalled bluetooth it does some kinf of update and bluetooth is gone again. I am sick and tired of uninstalling/installing it every single day :/

2018-02-27T17:55:52+00:00 I was able to solve this issue on my HP Spectre 360 by downloading the Intel USB driver from the Intel support site. Failing version was 20.20. Working version downloaded was 20.30. Although diagnostics indicate all my drivers were up to date, this newer driver is currently being published. Hope this helps.

2018-02-15T10:39:19+00:00 Hi! I have same laptop, same problem.
As I said in some other threads here, bluetooth disappears after getting newest update from Windows Update. When I reinstalled BIOS bluetooth was back, but then system update itself and bluetooth is lost again - "not connected to the computer", as if it was something you can plug in and out.....
The problem is your newest update, which I can't stop from installing because there is no such option in Win10 Home :/
And one more thing -
- Run the Windows troubleshooter: Find and fix problems with devices and hardware. This will automatically diagnose and fix issues. -> I did it, it cannot help with the problem, as it says that it couldn't find any solutions ;)
