Oh and after launching Device Manager you have to select View->View Hidden to actually see the failing USB icon.
Bluetooth missing
Hi I have a HP Spectre laptop and I have had bluetooth on my laptop. Today my microsoft bluetooth mouse stopped working as well as my other bluetooth devices. I have checked and this is the message I get. Now I have had bluetooth on this laptop since I purchased it and have not done anything to the laptop.
"Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)
"To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer."
and this:
Device USB\VID_8087&PID_0A2B\5&3a83d6be&0&7 requires further installation."
How can I fix this!!!

2018-02-27T17:09:31+00:00 I just installed the Windows updates that downloaded in the last couple of days (KB4074588, KB4041994, KB4074595, KB4050843), which I think had failed to install earlier, and native Bluetooth is back. Mouse works. Unknown buggy USB device is gone from the manager.

2018-02-23T12:41:41+00:00 You're right - it's now failed for me after putting my laptop to sleep. Sorry, I thought I had it.
But with this much information, Microsoft should be able to figure out what's wrong. Whether they'll ever get on it...

2018-02-13T17:01:13+00:00 Hi Rozalia,
This error occurs if a device that was previously connected to the computer is no longer connected. We suggest reconnecting the hardware device to the computer. If the issue persists, you may perform the following:
- Run the Windows troubleshooter: Find and fix problems with devices and hardware. This will automatically diagnose and fix issues.
- Update the device drivers.
Feel free to update us with the result.

2018-02-17T12:23:45+00:00 Hello,
I have the same issue with my HP Spectre 13.
The entire bluetooth hardware disappeared after a Windows 10 update.
Trying to fix the problem, I disinstalled the update but I was forced to setup again all my laptop with a new Windows 10 installation. After that, the bluetooth was working well. But again, an update of Windows 10 doesn't show my bluetooth hardware on my device.
It's sure that our bluetooth problem is due to this Windows 10 update. Please, fix it asap.
Thank you
Marc
