    Hi,

I understand that the previously provided solution didn't work so as the next step in solving your issue I would suggest you follow the below.

    Fix #1

    Step 1:

On the login screen click on Power icon on the right corner

    Step 2:

Press Shift Key and press hold and then click Restart (This will restart the system in recovery mode)

    Step 3:

In the recovery bluescreen options you’ll need to click (or tap) the Troubleshoot option

    Step 4:

Then click on Refresh your PC (Keeps data and programs safe)

    Regards

    Shuaib

I'm so sorry to ask this. But is this method will affect my pc at all like deleting my app such as games, steam, video player, Nvidia drivers etc? because i dont want that. And i also dont want to update my windows again because I have a capped data connection.

    Hi,

The apps that came with your PC or ones that you installed from Windows Store will be reinstalled, but any apps you installed from other websites and DVDs will be removed. You'll find a list of the removed apps on your desktop after refreshing your PC.

The below is the extract from Microsoft link for Refresh your PC option & more details refer to the link below.

"Refresh your PC to reinstall Windows and keep your personal files and settings. Refresh also keeps the apps that came with your PC and the apps you installed from the Microsoft Store."
