Hello, I’m Virginia an independent advisor with 20 years of expertise in fixing my own & friends’ PC problems.

Which Windows version are you running - 1903, 1909 Or 2004?

What’s the make & model of the PC?

Have you tried drivers from the manufacturer’s website?

Sorry for the late reply ma'am.

My version is 1909 (os build 18363.900)

    My laptop is Acer A315-53G-599B

I already go their website but I don't know what kind of driver to download for my problem so I didn't do anything plus i don't know how to manually install a downloaded driver.

Often a driver will install via an .exe file, but if not then you download the driver - save it someone you can easily access - & then open control panel>device manager & find the device which requires updating, then right click on this & choose update driver>manually search for drivers & choose the driver which you saved, this should then begin installing the driver.

Do you also have a bluetooth entry under device manager?

    If so is it Intel?

You can try their website for updated drivers also.

Check this site for a possible fix:

    http://batcmd.com/windows/10/services/btha2dp/

From what Intel website says that driver is not supported by Windows 10:

    https://www.intel.co.uk/content/www/uk/en/suppo...

    And here:

Please do not download any repair tool which may be offered by this site other than the ones I mention/recommend.

Thoroughly research any product which is mentioned here before you decide to download and install it.
