Microsoft Bluetooth A2dp source problem

day everyone. Recently i got this problem for no reason which is my microsoft Bluetooth A2dp have this exclamation point and now i cant connect my Bluetooth controller and my phone in my laptop. I triend doing the sfc /scannow no luck. Updating my windows
no luck, and updating the drivers in the device manager it's just said already had the best drivers installed. It's always the same code (10) error any help to fix this problem is appreciated.
