Microsoft Bluetooth A2dp source problem

Good day everyone. Recently i got this problem for no reason which is my microsoft Bluetooth A2dp have this exclamation point and now i cant connect my Bluetooth controller and my phone in my laptop. I triend doing the sfc /scannow no luck. Updating my windows no luck, and updating the drivers in the device manager it's just said already had the best drivers installed. It's always the same code (10) error any help to fix this problem is appreciated.

    If you can upgrade to Windows 10 2004 this should also fix the problem:

    Good morning ma'am. The .bat file doesn't seem to work when i run as administrator it's just pop the command prompt really fast then when i restarted the a2dp in my dvidev manager is still have that exclamation mark

    Try the other suggestions.

    If they don’t work then you may have to wait for the 2004 upgrade to reach your PC. The feature was removed from 1903 & 1909 but was returned in this upgrade.
