when i press Windows key + R it doesn't open run

pressing Windows key + r dosen't open run neither does it do something

after a week of opening run normally it stopped opening when i pressed the windows key + r

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc)

    At the top of Task Manager, select 'Run new Task', does that run dialog open?

    Have you rebooted your computer and then tried Windows+r?

    Thanks,but I know how to open run I want to know how to open it using windows+r because it's kinda anoying doing that everytime I need to open run

    If you press the Windows key on its own, does the Start menu open?
